They can advise you on all your housing options, can help you make housing applications, find you temporary accommodation and also help you access the refuge. They can also help you access the refuge Samaritans: 01642 217777:  24 hour listening service who will give you time to talk. Trained in emotional support, if you feel like you can't cope or are suicidal they can give you space and time to talk.  Can also help you access the refuge. You do not have to stay in a violent relationship.  All of the above organisations can help you escape and make a new life for yourself, and your children.
